Family therapy is a branch of psychotherapy that works with families to nurture change and development. I view change in terms of the family systems of interaction between family members. I work to influence family conversations in a way that catalyses the strengths, wisdom, and support of the wider system. My definition of family is strongly supportive long term roles and relationships between people who may or may not be related by blood or marriage. As a marriage and family therapist I specialize in treating persons involved in interpersonal relationships. Often times just three or four sessions can help families tremendously. Help them to see and understand dynamics that are dysfunctional and need to be let go. Call me today for a free twenty minute consultation.
